At Maison Esprit, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fragrances. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.


Returns

Fragrance Products

For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used fragrances are not eligible for return or refund.

This includes products that have been sprayed, tested, or used in any way.


Unopened Items

We accept returns only for unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Final Sale Items

All opened fragrance products are considered final sale.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
